2. Description of the service

LocalEyes is a subscription-based software platform that helps businesses manage and analyze their presence on Google through:

  • Google Business Profile API

3. Subscription and payments

LocalEyes is provided on a monthly subscription basis according to the selected plan.

Access to the platform may be suspended if payment is not completed.

4. Google account authorization

You authorize LocalEyes to access your Google Business Profile data using Google OAuth.

You may revoke access at any time.

5. User responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to manage the connected business profiles
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and Google policies

6. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Abuse or overload APIs
  • Use the platform for unlawful or misleading activities
  • Violate Google API or Google Maps policies

7. User content

You are solely responsible for any content created or published through your account (including posts and review replies).

8. Third-party services and limitations

Certain features depend on external services, including:

LocalEyes is not responsible for:

9. Intellectual property

All software, designs, trademarks, and platform materials belong to Optimiza.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

10. Account suspension and termination

Optimiza may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.

You may terminate your subscription at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”.

Optimiza does not guarantee specific business performance, rankings, visibility, or commercial results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimiza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Optimiza is legally registered, and the courts of that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
