LocalEyes (“we”, “our”, “us”), a service operated by Optimiza, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the LocalEyes platform and connect your Google Business Profile through official Google APIs and third-party data processors.

This policy applies to all users of the LocalEyes platform, dashboard, and related services.

A. LocalEyes account data

We collect:

  • Encrypted authentication data

B. Google Business Profile data

When you connect your Google account, LocalEyes accesses data only through the official:

Google Business Profile API

This may include:

  • Business profile information
  • Address, categories and opening hours
  • Posts
  • Reviews and replies
  • Performance and insight data available through Google APIs

     

LocalEyes never accesses your Google password.

C. Google Maps and location-based data

LocalEyes also uses the following third-party service:

Google Maps Search API

This service is used to retrieve and process publicly available Google Maps related data (such as business listings and search results) required for platform features.

D. Technical data

We may collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Usage and error logs
  • Performance and diagnostic data

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate LocalEyes features
  • Synchronize and display your Google Business Profile data
  • Process Google Maps-related features
  • Deliver dashboards and analytics

  • Improve and secure the platform

5. Google data usage and Limited Use compliance

LocalEyes complies with the:

Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We confirm that:

  • Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of LocalEyes
  • Google user data is not used for advertising
  • Google user data is not sold
  • Google user data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service

6. Data sharing

We may share limited data only with:

  • Google (as part of the API integration)
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers

We do not sell or rent your data.

7. Data retention

We retain personal and business data only while your subscription is active or as necessary to:

  • operate the service
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
